Mac to Android (jellybean and onwards) File Transfer Issue and Solution

I recently updated my HTC oneX to jellybean 4.1.1 along with Sense 4+.
it added the smoothness of project butter and a lot of other jelly bean goodness
but
it also brought in some of the problems, the biggest one of them all is loosing the ability to send file from my Mac to my phone using USB cable, (The bluetooth worked just fine)

It was working fine with the old IceCream Sandwich update and the Main reason for this is that Google dropped the FTP or USB mass storage protocol via USB from Android and replaced it with MTP which is their new protocol.

Mac don't recognise that so it wont transfer anything.

I tried downloading the HTC Sync but that was another headache altogether.

Solution?

Well you have to download a software called "Android File Transfer"
The link for that is : http://www.android.com/filetransfer/

Download the software following the instructions given below
Install it and open it for the first time.

After that it will Open automatically when ever you connect an Android Phone.
Only Limitation is that you can't transfer any file bigger than 4GB, but that not going to be a problem for most people.

So here it is my experience.

Hope it helps you :)
